Enchanted Gems is a Bournemouth jeweller and the home of Shop Enchanted. One counter looks after repairs, bespoke design and gold and silver buying. The other is for collectors who want genuine Loungefly, from the latest releases to timeless favourites.

Most days in the shop move between a ring that needs a new claw and a backpack someone has been waiting on. That mix is deliberate. Enchanted Gems grew as a place for people who care about the things they keep: a family chain, a first comic character, a coin collection that has sat in a drawer.

Friendly service is the line that joins both sides. You should be able to ask a plain question — will this clasp hold, is this bag official, what is this chain worth today — and get a straight answer.

We describe ourselves as number one for jewellery repairs and design: top quality, quick service, free quotes. Every piece tells a story, and the work is there to return it looking its very best. From a simple sizing to a complex restoration, no job is too big or too small.

Bespoke pieces built around a stone you already own or an idea you have been carrying.

Gold, silver, platinum and bullion, priced from live rates with immediate payment if you accept.

Shop Enchanted is the collection side of the business: authentic Loungefly backpacks, handbags, wallets and accessories inspired by Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Pokemon and more.

Official products, limited editions and new arrivals sit beside a clearance corner for jewellery, collectables and gifts. Orders are priced in pounds, and delivery across the UK is part of the service for pieces that leave the shop by post.
